At the beginning of this week I just felt compelled to drop by everyone who has maintained a subscription to my Xanga either through email digest or reading online a note of encouragement. Some of us have a busy week ahead or even a busy month. I know that I most certainly do so I wanted to share with you what I'm relying on to keep me sane and focused. I hope it helps you as well this month. Ready? Here goes. [grin] God is the shepherd who guides, the Lord who provides, the voice who brings peace in the storm, the physician who heals the sick, and the banner that guides the soldier. Provbers 18:10 says that God is our strong tower and that when we run into it, we are safe. Good to know, isn't it? I know that I will probably spend many days and moments this month peeking out from that tower. LOL!

Singing the Red Robin birthday song... "Happy Birthday, have a Happy Birthday...Happy Birthday, have a happy day, hey!" LOL! I read it was your birthday and that is the first thing that popped into my head to sing to you. LOL! I hope you have a happy birthday and that everyone sends a little love your way with some great gifts. Have a blessed Birthday, Mike.

Hey Mike, It is an honor to be your friend! I am so glad that once upon a time ago you came to Texas and became my friend! That was one of the best summers ever!!! Hurray for sonic, swimming, tennis and opening nights at the movies, and most of all good fellowship with good people!!!

I remember the time when we first met at Starbucks and instead of walking into the place, you sat in your car for the longest time and I had to come out and find you and you refused to leave your car. It was only because the inside of your car is so cool, you just liked to sit in it and watch DVDs

I remember when I first started posting on the Cindy Morgan message board and how very rude you were to me. Do you remember that?

I remember the time we went to see Gone with the Wind with a guy name Rhett, who told us he smelled of alcohol because people around him were drinking. I remember going to see Armagedon opening night with you and Brent. We had to leave singles group early because they had gone past normal time and
